Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 working day to process your order. Please expect longer production times for custom orders.

Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Singapore.

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using Ninja Van, Singpost or J&T Express. Flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies. We do not ship outside of Singapore at this time.

 

FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD:

Accurate as of 31/08/25, free shipping is provided for orders above S$39.9. IETS PTE. LTD. reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke free shipping benefits and there part of as deemed reasonable to do so for the company.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Custom products are non-refundable. For more details, please view our return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@i-ets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
